Thomas Russell Middle School

My name is Dr. Latisha Roberts. I am the School Counselor at Thomas Russell Middle school for the Milpitas Unified School District. I am very excited about the opportunity to work together with students, faculty, staff and Administration of such a great school. I have worked for Russell since 2006. I love that I get to work with ALL students in my school and feel that is one of the most rewarding parts of the job. Although, it is sometimes challenging being the only counselor to almost 800+ students, every day is different which makes showing up to work each day very enjoyable. I look forward to interacting with you ALL!
